Meson is broadcasting your swap orders waiting for LPs to match. Usually it will be matched within 1 minutes. Network congestion or some temporary issues may causing extra time processing. Don't worry it should be processed some times later. If your problem persists, create a ticket via #get-assists channel on Discord to get help.

1. My swap is in BONDED status, what does it mean?

Meson have received your funds on the origin networks and is locking funds on the destination network for you. No worry, your fund is 100% safe. It should be processed some times later. Create a ticket via Discord to get help.

1. My swap is in LOCKED status, what does it mean?

Meson have successfully locked funds for you on the destination network and is waiting for your 2nd Signature to release fund to the destination wallet. Click ‘sign to release’ button to finish the 2nd signature and the transaction should be fine.

1. My swap is in LOCKED status, but I can’t find “Sign to Release” button, why?

If swap summary pop-up is still showing, the button should be found in the second progress bar. - If summary is closed, open wallet on the right upper corner, the button should be found in recent swaps. Or a quick access to release shows in a mini panel below wallet. - Create a ticket via Discord to get help.

1. My swap is in EXPIRED status, what does it mean?

Please click the ‘WALLET’ button in the upper right corner on meson home page. And then Click ‘RECENT SWAPS’ , you will find ‘WITHDRAW’ button.
